Summer Bishil has been an American actress since her debut in 2015. She's known as Margo Hanon, a character from the Syfy Fantasy Fiction the series The Magicians. She had previously gained recognition for playing the role of a 13-year-old Lebanese-American girl Jasira Maroun as she goes through a series of turbulent personal struggles against the context of the U.S. military invasion of Iraq in the Gulf War in the Alan Ball film Towelhead. She was chosen by Variety to be one of their 10 actors they wanted to see. Crossing Over, a 2009 thriller that focuses on crime, in which she portrayed a female role titled Taslima Jangir was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award nominee for the Best Female lead category. Apart from Lucky 7, she also acted on screen in films including the film Mooz-lum The Last Airbender Pop Star, Under the Silver Lake as well as Moozlum The Last Airbender Pop Star.
